Three Things You Should Know Right Away:
- One word you can use to describe me: enthusiastic. I’m known for my excitable wave when I see a familiar face and for my voice raising ever so slightly when I am feeling passionate
I love to chat about anything and everything surrounding women’s wellness! Sound like you too? Let’s talk!
I take my coffee with collagen peptides, coconut cream and a little bit of cinnamon + blended up for that frothy layer we all love!
A little more about me…
My passion for food and nutrition has always been somewhat innate for me. Even as a young girl growing up in Massachusetts where the topic of nutrition and healthful living was not necessarily what we discussed at the dinner table. My professional career began once I enrolled into the Nutrition program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Nutrition in May 2017.
From there I found the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR and I fell in love with their message of using food as medicine. I quickly knew that would be my next step and so I packed up my tiny car and hit the road in the summer of 2017! Currently, I reside in Portland while I finish up my Master’s degree at NUNM. I focus my work on taking a functional approach to women’s health through food, lifestyle, and movement.
